Non payment for goods sold

<p>Paul Simmers their New Business Consutajnt met with us during August 2014 & explained that Chico Da Silva the owner has agreed to auction our new stock due to closure of our business. during September 2014 we dilivered to them goods to the value of over R 500 k. according to the invoices supp**** to us by Paul they have sold some of our goods t & the net value due to us was R 93755. this amount being net ie. after their commission & other charges for sales up until end December 2015. after many emails & calls to them they have paid us R 56285 up until October 2015. since then they have failed to pay the R 37470 still outstanding. Chico has acknowledged in March 2016 that they owe us this amount but they are unable to settle & will do so soon. despite our many requests they have still not paid. our compalint to the Auctioneers Asscoiation did not help as they do not have any power to make them pay. Consolidated does not have insurance for goods that they hold for their clients. Chico admitted that he had to liquidate his Durban branch as he had failed to pay Millions to their Durban clients. he will soon close the Germiston branch after he sells the building there without paying theit clients.</p>
