No payments, Furniture and Goods missing or not returned

In mid-June I engaged the services of Consolidated Auctioneers, 10 President Street, Georgetown, Germiston to collect and sell my household furniture and goods from my property. My estimated value of the goods was R50700.00 – this is the price I believe the goods could be sold for.

Despite numerous requests and follow ups I have not received any proceeds from Consolidated Auctioneers although they made a settlement offer less their commission of R1748.23 for goods they advised they had sold. I expressly rejected their offer and told them that I do not agree with the settlement they have offered, as there are many items that were taken by their truck that are not listed on their invoices.

I believe that I have allowed Consolidated Auctioneers the necessary and reasonable opportunity to make good on their obligation to me or return my household furniture and goods to my property where they collected it from.

To date I have not heard back from them since 04/10/2017
