My truck sold 2 months but still havent been paid

Good Day,<br> <br> Our truck has been sold two months ago by Consolidated Auction Group in Germinston. We have been told since <br> then payment after two weeks now its more than two months, We go there and they tell us we making payment today we didnt have your details. We gave them details before the truck was sold and after they claimed no details. The latest is we go there they say the Accountant is not in. Last week they told my husband accountant is not in and when he was leaving their office someone called the name of the accountant who was said she is not in, when he asked is this not the accountant who is not in, they agreed she is the acountant and she also claimed she need me to email the banking details she will do it same day, my husband called while he was there i didnt emailed last week, today we called same story Accountant not in, called the cellphone of Jaco who we dealt with, a lady from their office answers and say Jaco is in a meeting he will phone you back, since morning till now no call. The truck has been taken and is used by the person who bought it making money, we sitting with no truck no money. Please help.
