Consolidated Auction Group "Chico da Silva lies & Bribes himself out of a Theft case

<p> </p> <p>After months of investigation I learnt that Chico da Silva is in posession of my missing assets. Chico da Silva stole my assets worth RM7.2 and now has the odasity to say that he is keeping my assets in storage for me and I owe him R400 000.<br />Chico da Silva statea and confirmes in writing in an email to me that he is not a storage company.<br />Chico da Silva lies to the police by telling them he is merely storing my assets.</p> <p><br />On inspection of my assets I noticed that most of my assets were scattered throughout his auction floors between other items which is on auction so it is clear that Chico da Silva is lying when he states my assets is in storage.</p> <p><br />"A storage company stores items in a storage unit and hands the key to the person that require storage".</p> <p><br />I opened a case at Booysens SAPS for theft approximately 6 months ago and still heard nothing. How Chico da Silva is not in jail for theft is mind boggling.</p> <p><br />When I asked Chico da Silva for the correct paperwork from the Sheriff of the Court and from the Court he simply ignored my email request.</p> <p><br />Chico da Silva did not obtain see or was provided with a Court Order to remove my assets. Chico da Silva is a rotten thieve that thinks he can get away with Bribery & *******ion.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I am in possession of an email from the NCC (National Consumer Commission SA) where the NCC states that I should open a theft case at my local police station.</p> <p><br />Clearly Chico da silva is guilty of theft and bribery and that is why the police has done nothing for more than 6 months.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I am in possesion of the letter from my previous attorney to Chico da Silva stating that the removal was ********.</p> <p> <br /> <br /> </p>
