The team at Console Service Centre truly exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of console repairs. They kept me informed throughout the entire process via email. Living in the South Coast of KZN, I arranged for my children’s PS5 console to be collected - the handover to the courier service was smooth and within just 3 days from collection, the console was back home, repaired, and working better than before!

The very next day after collection, I received a call asking for permission to proceed with the service, along with a detailed explanation of the overheating issue and the required repairs.
