Excellent service

Excellent service, my PS4 Pro was extremely loud. I booked my PS4 for a service Wednesday, I lost half a day as I haven't notified them that the my PS4 were ready for collection, they notified me the next morning that I still had to confirm my collection. I collected my PS4 2 days later and now I can bearly hear it running. Good service and excellent turn around time.
