Quick, honest, and hassle free!
I had a great experience getting my console fixed here. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong. They gave me a fair quote, fixed the issue ahead of schedule, and didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need.My system works perfectly now and runs completely silent. It is a relief to find a local shop that is trustworthy, efficient, and genuinely good at what they do. I will definitely bring my gear back here if I ever have trouble again.

Horrible workmanship
Repaired without confirming I wanted it repaired. Cost me money I didn't have. I asked for an assessment first. Not straight up repair. Should check with customer as to what they want first

Fast repair miracle for my PS5
My heart sank when my PS5 fell and the HDMI port got badly damaged—I really thought it was gone for good and I’d have to save up for a whole new console. Then I found these guys, and Nic worked his magic! He replaced the HDMI port and had it back to me in just two days. It’s working perfectly now, like nothing ever happened. Thank you so much, Nic—you really brought it back to life and saved me a lot of stress and money. I definitely recommend them!
