Exceptonally poor service

<p>I contacted console extreme via email and WhatsApp. Was promised 6-10 working days turnaroundfor repairs to my x box. They very quickly sent courier to collect my console. Initial communication was good with updates within a week. Now, 2 MONTHS DOWN the LINE, they do not respond to any form of communication and I still have no x box. Last i heard my console required more repairs than initially quoted. Seems this is a cover business to rip people off of their consoles. STAY AWAY.</p>
