Wow!

I had an issue with lids that had broken. Julia arranged for them to be exchanged. I went into the shop and had a little episode which I had a tantrum about. These two ladies went out of their way to make me feel like their only customer when everyone's attitude is they don't need our business. Their mannerisms and friendliness are absolutely outstanding! Thank you ladies! Really appreciate it! You are amazing and one of a kind!
