Request a quote and get no feedback

I called Consol glass on 20 Aug 19 and was told to email *** to request a official quote. Till today no quote received. On 22 Aug 19 I did forward my enmail to *** as it was on your website to see if I will get a response there. Also no reply. I can not continue with my procument at work without the quote even of I am a small drop in the whole bucket of your sales I expect my request to be handled like anyone else.
