POOR SERVICE FROM CONSOL GLASS STELLENBOSCH

Two weeks ago I placed an online order with CONSOL for dispatch of goods paid for on 2 March 2023. I promptly received acknowledgement of my order, but alas no further communication from CONSOL. On 10 March I sent an email to the email address provided for follow-up, enquiring why my goods were not delivered especially since CONSOL is located in Stellenbosch a mere 45km from Cape Town. I have not been paid the courtesy of a reply or any explanation for the delay. This lack of service delivery is just unacceptable.
