Paid yet don't receive merch

This is the 2nd time that I have placed an order, a big order for weddings and its been 2 months since the order was placed and payment made and no delivery, this time around we have followed up 4 times to which Consol has never followed or kept us informed. Can I please have the glass vessels I have paid for please!
