None Payment of Sub-Contractor for re-branding at Consol Glass

My name is Thami Nawe CEO of Witty 2 Witty Pty Ltd, In 2*** we where sub-contracted by Seek Africa for the re-branding and signage installation for Consol Glass. Our last work was in Wadville Factory in June 2023.We invoice Seek on the 19th June 2023 and handed over work which was approved. Till to date we have not received our payment. Numerous communications with promises from them claiming their will pay us. The company COO Mr. Jonathan Muller wrote an email to us promising our payment will be settled in November 2023 that has never happened. This has impacted us very badly as a small business and our employees. All we want is our payment for services rendered on behalf of Seek for Consol Glass. Witty 2 Witty Pty Ltd is asking Consol Glass to intervention on this matter to ask their supplier Seek Africa Trading Pty Ltd to pay us their sub-contractor for work done for re-branding at Consol Glass.
