Consol Factory: The worst experience and customer service.

Consol Shops have always been amazing! However, if you attempt to move beyond small orders to actually get somebody from the factory who handles exports to reply is almost impossible. A surly, grumpy switchboard, unhelpful staff, and the worst telephone system on earth. If somebody from Consol, who handles exports can contact me it will be great. By contrast, your competitors in India and China message me 3-5 times a day, I have their direct numbers and if it was not for the SADC rebates from purchasing something from a South African manufacturer, I would never support Consol as poor customer service is normal. I have tried to work with consol for three decades and it is always the same useless story.
