Consol customer service

I phone the number *** two times and it was not answered, I decided to call *** and the lady transferred my call and no one picked it, after 30 seconds I received the call from the guy from Consol who sounded so very angry asking "why you have called me 6 times and even call the reception" I was not aware that I have broke the rules, please accept my apology. I wanted to tell him that as a Tavern owner in kwaNgwanase we have no glass recyclers here, the glass recyclers are in Durban and they don't want to come and collect in our area. We want the glass recycler here or the place where we can dispose our glass in order to protect our environment. I don't want to fight, I am a businessman not a soldier. Consol must stop employing soldiers.
