Consol a debt - dont use them

My complaint is also about their service. They don't communicate properly. Being new to the debt review situation i was figuring things out as i went along, which they should have informed me about. They did not proved a service besides getting the court order done. During the 5 plus years one of my accounts was handed over to layers because of a 10% increase which was missed for 2 months, due to lack of communication. Due to the covid-19 situation my salary was cut by 50% & when i approached Consoladebt about arranging payment options i was told that there was nothing i could do. More than 10% of my salary was going to these bad debts... no way i could survive with a 50% pay cut but nothing they can do! Dont expect them to have your best interests in mind, don't expect them to be informative, don't expect them to go the extra mile... it won't happen.
