Driving school in lotus river

It’s sad to say what I’m going to say that there’s a lack of communication I had to pass out the 21st November 2022 the weekend that passed I asked if there’s available classes they said they would check but didn’t come back I didn’t worry because I took another driving school for the two days. Saturday and Sunday Monday came my testing time was 12:45 my instructor said that he will come fetch me at 11:30 came to pick me up at 12:00 because I have a hour to practice in the yard he came to pick me late as-well with no explanation spend 35 minutes and. Still had to pay R230 for a full session which I had 35 minutes in the yards I failed that day but that was not the point I took an other driving school only for them to tell me in the yard doing parallel parking and allí docking you cannot use hand break only when you are done I used my hand-break to stop and turn my wheel straight . I did not know when a learner is still driving home there can be no passages but yet you went to go pick up your wife and son let me drive till at my house and also previously you came to pick me up at work with your son and I thought it was fine but you know that was wrong made me cry once because i though I couldn’t do this anymore but I still continued. I made a voice recording because I wanted to show my brother what I still need help with .he was so disappointed in how you were speaking . I know I’m not from Cape Town but I didn’t know driving schools can be like this I gave a-lot of money out and sure there’s more people that also feel the way I feel I’m a very soft and quiet person and I don’t speak that’s why I didn’t ask questions to mr ismaeel I just feel very disappointed
