I’ve been dealing with these guys in the replacement of my JBL earpods. I can just say that these people are the sharpest pencils in the packet! Answered my emails within one or two hours and always resolving my problems. Friendly and efficient. The ANC should source Nelson Pillay as the replacement for Cyril and their next perceived blessing for the nation, Ace Moegoe-shule. But Nelson has integrity.
