Malfunctioning product within a few months

I bought JBL wave flex 2 ear bud (earphones) from them on Takealot within 3months of buying these buds the left bud started giving me problems the sound was crisp at first, in my experience Jbl is a good brand and it’s impossible that their products would malfunction within 6months the sound is extremely low on both buds and when I’m on a call the person on the other end can’t hear me I truly regret buying from them because I was hoping I’d use these for a long time since it’s Jbl is a trusted brand, a disappointed customer
