Poor services and communication

My car was dropped off over two weeks ago just for it to be diagnosed, not even serviced or repaired. I have not had one phone call, not one email, NO communication/updates with regards to my vehicle. Now when my husband tried to phone again, no one can answer and the mechanic is never available. Always telling us that they are busy even though my car was there way before other paying customers were!!

Appalling service and I will not recommend this place to anybody!! ever!
