Complaint

I bought two lipsticks online on the 27th of September which were supposed to be delivered in 5 to 7 working days and up to date I have not received my order. I have made numerous follow up but its been one story after another. I have requested to be refunded but nothing has been done. I am still yet to get my order and I don't know when I will ever get it
