Pay back my money!!

1. I bought a laptop at Bradlows, Thabong Shopping Centre, Sebokeng over a year ago. In January 2025 I settled the balance. On the 18 February I requested a statement. I received an email that indicated that there is a negative balance. On the 3rd of March I requested a refund. I still have not received it even after 7 working days have passed!!!!

I just wonder what would have happen if I did not ask for a Jan-Feb statement!!

2. In Dec 2021 I bought stove set at Bradlows,, in January 2022, within a month of purchase, I settled the balance. To my surprise I was charged the same amount I would have paid for the duration of the contract, I.e, I was charged interest of all the coming months !!!
