Lack of Professionalism

My account is debited every month on the 26th, but for the last 2 months they didn't debit, I had to call last month to say please debit my account. This month they did the same thing by not debiting and now they are saying I reversed the debit order and my account is in Arrears. Worse of all their phone is never answered it rings indefinitely.
