Harrasment by connectfin

My account is paid on the 28th of July 2021 I am in advance with my payment agreement. They are harrasing me by sending me not 1 not 2 but 6 sms reminder to pay my account. If that is not bad enough they keep on phoning me for payment. They even affected my credit score which is totally harrasment as I am not in arrears but in advance on my account
