Disgusting, unprofessional service.

Setting up a debit order with HiFi Corporation has become an unbearable nightmare. I keep getting SMS's stating that I am in arrears when it's Connectfin's responsibility to debit from my account. When I query this, all I get is an sms saying "we see that your query has been resolve". By who? Ghosts? I have just been left hanging while they toy with my credit score.
