Epic customer Fail: Connect Space -***orking Space Umhlanga Beacon Rock
Had an appointment with Mandy Linley at Connect Space Umhlanga Beacon Rock. I had two very infuriating experiences: 1. I was refused parking in the building as she did not provide a parking access code and had to ask the person behind me to reverse to let me out :-( and then had to park far away and walk as there was no available street parking. 2 Then-of course no code for the door to enter the building -with me tugging on the door. She does this every day and should know better. Will not do business EVER with them again. If you cant do the small things right-how can I trust you with the big things ?
