Stay far away if you value your kids remedial education

We paid for 8 lessons on 24 April.

1st lesson - 28 April - Freda moved to 4 May on the day.

4 May happened.

2nd lesson - 5th May - Freda moved again - on they day.

11th May - one session.

12th May, on the day of the lesson, once again - a whatsapp, its being cancelled until the end of May because she's now going on holiday.

We asked for a refund as we've paid for 8 lessons and explained the urgency at the time; we've had 2 while being constantly messed around.

Flat out refused saying we've lost our money - we paid in April, its now June and only 2 of 8 lessons.

I definitely do not recommend you go anywhere near Freda's "service". If you value your kids remedial education - look elsewhere.

We are approaching the doctor who recommended Freda, and will also be going the small claims court route for the money taken from us.
