Worst Service ever.

I bought stuff from Bradlows and Hifi Corp. through Connect Financial Solutions, and in August 2024, I settled both accounts by calling them through Bradlows to request a settlement amount, which I paid in full at the same time. In November and December, there was a sudden, unexplainable deduction from them. I took the liberty to visit Bradlows to call and find out. I had to wait more than an hour to get through and finally spoke to Patricia. Not only could she not explain what I was paying, but she was rude to the point that she said just pay or I will keep on adding interest and hung up the phone on me. Her behaviour left a sour taste in me and has resulted in me having a dim view of Bradlows, Hifi Corp., and Connect FS. As such treatment, I would not wish it on my worst enemy. I honestly do not believe such treatment is acceptable.
