Worst customer service

I'm disgusted by your service really and I don't think you guys takes clients seriously or you are just working to get paid and that it!

I paid my account in full the amount of R18000.00 and guess what I keep on being rejected for homeloan because an outstanding amount on the bureau keep showing that I'm owing you guys an amount of R9000.00 . I sent an email to your offices last week Friday and was told my account was sold to DMC which I provided you with the DMC paid up letter and told you that the Bureau does not show JD or DMC it shows Connect financial solutions which explains why even on my clear score account it was not updated.

Yesterday on the 19/09/2022 I received an email from Michelle Erasmus who just responded with the contact details of all the Bureaus stating that my account shows that it was closed in 2019 and maybe the bureau did not update therefore as the client I need to call the bureaus to tell them to close the account which what the most shocking response any client who has paid for the service will want to hear.

I then provided her with the connect financial solutions account number which appears on the bureau as well as my ID number so that she can investigate internally and revert back to me ,guess what her response was?

"I qoute" please ask your banker to send you the credit report and once we have it we can then investigate why your account was not updated!

Firstly I don't see any willingness to help as all the investigation and resources needs to come from the same client who paid the account and is now struggling to get a hone for her kids because there is no willingness to assist from connect financial solutions and their consultants wants to respond questions with questing.

I must say I'm really disappointed at this stage because 2 companies that I made an application with had both confirmed the same account number which belongs to connect financial solutions and now I'm not sure if these guys from financial solutions are just collectors and care what happens next because I'm told to things whereas internally the won't investigate until I give them resources!

HOW USELESS IS THAT..people can think of the box !
