Utter Dissapointment

Thee most shocking service provider I've ever dealt with. Are the consultants even trained. So rude, so inefficient. I've never felt this frustrated in my life. The most horrific service I've ever received. Just thinking about it is giving me anxiety.

Can't even say what will happen after this but it's like whatever.
