Useless Financial service

I have paid up my account with Incredible connection, Called and ask if my account is updated as paid up. The lady confirmed that I paid my account in full - 3 weeks down the line, someone from connect financial solutions called me and telling me that I’m owing 500 rand. Now I’m asking what is for, the consultant doesn’t have explanation he can only tell me that the system says that I’m owning even after paying off my account.

No one has explanation to why I’m still owing my account after paying of my account. Guys don’t do any credit with this company.
