Useless and uncaring

Horrible horrible service, the customer service line you hold for 45 minutes straight , the ***, then I dialed the *** which they claim to be the IT department, however the employers who work in IT don't know the website address. I have calling today the 3rd of October 2025 from 12h00 and now is 13h27 no answer the lines and calls are deliberately cut by the employees. I have an email from: CAM Customer Account Management Consultant A: 6 Eastern Service Rd, Eastgate, Sandton, 2090 E: *** T: +27 (0)11 *** But when you try to call her she can't be reached, she is not known. Guess what she also does not respond to emails. You quick to list us for behind account but no response when we require you to update the payment profile. Your employees are cunning dropping calls and not knowledgeable with the company's workings.
