Useless accounts department

How stupid are your people that work for you. I complain yesterday that you don’t update my profile regularly on the credit bereau, and now this morning I look and I see because of the company incompetence my credit score has dropped drastically because it shows 30 days over due. This is most definitely not the case as I have a debit order that runs and no payments have been missed.

Fix this immediately or I will take legal action against this company
