unauthorized debit orders and rude agents

I have been receiving the most disgusting service from the company from unauthorized debit orders and would just revert them from my bank today the company debited money from my account 9 days before my debit date i phoned the store and was told rudely by an agent that they debit before time as they know people get paid before their debit date are they not suppose to phone and check with people? i for one get paid on the same day all year every year and have to suffer as the money can only be reversed after 3 working days.
