Unauthorised debit orders

I tried to apply for credit with Russels 3 weeks back and my application was not successful. I now see there are 3 debit orders set to go off month end by a company called Connect Financial Solutions. I send an e-mail 2 weeks back but no one bothered to do anything. I've been trying to call them on the no *** but for some reason i can't speak to a consultant.

I need the debit orders to be stopped please. I don't want debit orders going off or returning unpaid because i don't owe you anything.
