Treat me like a matter! Worst service ever

One bad experince after the other. Have been speaking to this lady , Karabo Sello from the ***** department who is never available or rather return calls or respond to emails. If only you took your clients seriously, if only you understood was service is? Have been having the same horrible experience from years back when I dealt with you guys. All I asked was the flag that was raised to the SAFPS against my name. Now I can’t get credit, miss business and career opportunities because I was being protected? The SAFPS alluded that the JD group must contact them in order to remove this flag ? No one is giving me feedback, your calls never go through ? I call and send emails like a fool, and all your agents can say it we apologise. This lady has been apologising for years now? She will not get it right ? Where does this leave me?
