I took Furniture with Rochester on an interest free 6 months plan , which was administered by connect financial solutions .

December was my last payment month the sent me a statement prior to debiting my account that they will debit a certain amount which is my last payment , but they took more .

I have contacted them to rectify this but no one has gotten back to me
