Refund for ref Connect fs***2

I have settled my account with Rochester on the 2nd of October 2020 and I phoned in a few days after and a consultant confirmed that my account is paid and and also said she we will send me a settlement letter as per my request and to my surprise a debit order went through today on the 31st of October 2020. May I kindly be refunded back the R1040. 19 that was debited today and the account closure with a settlement letter for the account.
