POOR SERVICE

Honestly not even deserving of one star. According to my statement (HiFi Corp), my last payment was due on 31 Dec 2021, and this was paid. Suddenly, R671.86 was due and instead of phoning me, I get daily emails and they consistently phone my father instead me, the account holder. I phoned the call center and they insisted the accounts department would call me back - but obviously they didn't, and instead, send me ANOTHER email saying I owe money. Absolutely appalled. I ended up making payment to save my dad from the constant annoying phone calls.
