PAYMENT Plan Lie

Disgusting. They call me to offer half Payments for 3 months and then harass me everyday why I am not making full payment thereafter. They then proceeded to mark my credit score as a missed debit order, which affects me negatively during a time of crisis. They are rude and don't know what's going on. What system are they using... Pen and paper??? Please get your act together, I see many bad reviews.
