Pathetic Service

If I could rate this company 0 stars I would. First of all, to do the application is completely ridiculous, I went in thrice to do one application and then I had to wait for approval - after all that I could choose what I want. Stupid process!! I took out credit in Feb, I've paid every month not missing a payment - May I settled the account and overpaid. I was then told I was due a refund and would take 7-14 days, it has now been 30 days. And I tried contact this company but to my luck no response! Pathetic service and to think I was considering taking out more products with you guys even though your stuff is ridiculously priced. You have lost a valuable customer
