Pathetic service

I was forced to take an account in a bradlows store after being told about benefits of insurance. When something did happen to the product.. these ppl dont answer phone calls or emails. Even went back to the store and they were not able to help.. fast forward. My last instalment due.. im being put on the itc for late payments yet they are the 1s who didnt answer the phone to change my banking details. Now my account is paid up and im still getting harrassed for payment. Proof of payment was sent. I asked for a paid up letter on the same email that i received for URGENT payment and still no response. CONNECTFIN is a waste of time. U lie to consumers abiut services. You act like ghosts and worry innocent ppl for money they dont owe u. Pathetic service. I will be reaching out to the ombudsman
