Pathetic service

This is the possibly the worst company at present. I bought a tv from Hifi Corp 27th October 2020 expecting my debit order to start end November 2020 as arranged 01 November 2020 they tried to debit my account. I phoned them to sort out as arranged for 27th of each month. Yesterday being 02 December and they still had not taken off my debit order . Cost me another phone call to arrange they take my debit order which they took last night. First thing this morning a snotty sms to say I haven't paid. They must get their house in order.
