PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

I was sent a debit order selection for December of which i selected that my debit order was to remain unchanged as i am getting paid late. To my surprise my account with not enough funds was debited on the 13-Dec-25 and now left in a minus i called in to the customer service held on For long and was then given a number for their finance which i called as well and was on hold another 10 minutes at my own expense. The agent who answered the phne without even trying to assist wanted to give me another number to call and when my frustration kick it muted the call with no further response.NO COURTESY, NO FIRST CALL RESOLUTION! SUCH PATHETIC SERVICE IM DISGUSTED!!!!!
