PATHETIC

I HAVE A ACCOUNT WITH THIS PEOPLE SINCE 2018 I HAVE BEEN PAYING THE ACCOUNT SO I WAS NEARLY DONE .HOWEVER IN THE BEGINNING OF LOCKDOWN LASTYEAR I WAS ON MATERNITY LEAVE AND HAD FINANCIal issues i have advise all my accounts about this made arrangements with most of the other accounts how ever russells/connect financial solutions did not understand or listen!!!!!! and now the interest and amount went from 23000 to 36000!!!! i made arrangments and explained to different agents I MEAN LOCK DOWN HAS AFFECTED ALL OF US

THEY HANDED MY ACCOUNT OVER TO ATTORNEYS I WILL NOT PAY THAT 36000
