Not happy with their business

I am trying for months now to get statements on my account to see how much i am outstanding i have been paying every month since i have opened the account and then i get a statement but now suddenly i still need to pay double the amount of what they credit me for so they are not doing their jobs and updating the systems.Every time i call them they keep telling me the same **** over and over
