Misleading Credit Report

I had bought from HiFi Corp through Connect Financial Solutions and took out insurance should I not be able to settle the payment due to an unfortunate event or unemployment. In 2022 I became unemployed unexpectedly and app**** for an insurance claim with Abucus which was processed and resolved. Currently the balance of is reflecting on my Clear Score account and I reached out to the Abucus and they sent me a confirmation letter to say that my debt was cleared. Yet Connect Financial Solutions still appears on my credit report.
