Incredible *******ion BAD Financial Service

Absolutely horrible service!

My wife could not get hold of them via telephone to get a settlement letter, she then drove to Incredible Connection Centurion where they could also not reach them. Eventually, after complaining on Facebook, they sent her the settlement letter via Facebook.

The account was settled, and a few days later they still debited her account. She then sent an email to the email addresses provided, and after 5 days she still did not receive any response.

Today she phoned them again, and after getting cut off three times (using different cellphones), she was told that she needs to submit proof of banking details to be refunded - using the same email address that has not been responding to her previous mails! She then asked to speak to a supervisor and was advised that she cannot be transferred, she can only sent him/her an email.

What a hassle to connect with these people and to get feedback!
