IN NEED OF A WRITTEN OFF DEBT LETTER

I had an account with bradlos, I was paying well until covid 19 started. Due to that our company closed and we were not working. I reported the matter via email and my emails were never noted or responded to. Interest kept adding up even though they were notified even on calls.

Early last year my furniture was collected and they notified me my account has been written off. To date I'm receiving diffent typed of calls from debt collectors demanding money. The account is affecting me to apply for any other thing or get my kids into a better school as it keeps popping as default.

I demand that I get a letter that the account is written off to enable me live a better life for me and my children. I'm affected by this so badly I can't even apply for any job in my callibre.

The goods were still in good order and as I was not working I couldn't refuse for them to be taken away.
