HORRIBLE SRVICE

I settled my Russells account in November 2020.The account was updated to closed, I have a paid up letter . But now when I check my credit records, it is in arrears, with a credit balance of R9. This has a huge negative iompact on muy credit reports.I ahve tried to call and email them with no luck
